Domestic Shipping Policy

• Most of our products are made to order!

• Premade items are packed within 3-4 days after purchase.

• Handmade items take a bit longer to get made and ready to ship so please allow 1-3 weeks for the items to ship depending on the complexity, quantity, and nature of the item!

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

• Shipping price and time can vary greatly from location to location.

 

International Shipping Policy

• Shipping Internationally does tend to cost more per shipment but we try our best to find the best price.

• As a very small business, it is possible to fall into issues shipping internationally. If any issues with your order occur we will contact you as soon as possible! Please respond within 3-5 days.

• All extra fees are to be covered by the customer.

• Some countries can be unpredictable with customs and allowing shipments from the USA if by any chance we are unable to ship your package, you will be notified and will be contacted to discuss a refund for the items purchased.

Pre-Orders

Please check the date of the pre-order before making a purchase. Estimated dates of shipment will be listed on all pre-order items! Emails will be sent out when production of the items begins to notify you of the timeline better! Please note that Pre-Order items are non-refundable, Thank you for your understanding!
